Job Summary: Atom Power is digitizing power technologies to enable smart communication between electrical sources and end use equipment which is essential to our country’s clean energy transition. We are growing fast and seeking a Business Systems Analyst to advance the organization forward in defining and deploying effective, scalable business systems to support the core functions of our business and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the entire process from requirements definition, solution recommendation, implementation, and deployment for future business systems at Atom Power
  • Lead business system initiative from inception to deployment
  • Interact with both end users and executive leadership to gain understanding and consensus on business requirements in order to define, procure and deploy effective, scalable business system solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement application and reporting solutions to address business needs
  • Serve as project manager by setting goals, directing resources, and delivering solutions on-time and within budget
  • Balance business priorities across organizations, engage all stakeholders, maintain alignment, and negotiate commitments
  • Create and maintain a healthy relationship with external vendors and solution providers
  • Train teams on usage, features and best practices as the Business Systems Subject Matter Expert
  • Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions including supporting applications and customizations
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and utilize this knowledge to educate the business on opportunities that support the business strategy and objectives

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to translate Business requirements to Technical requirements
  • Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills
  • Significant experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Solution driven mind-set with an eye to connect the dots and can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a high volume manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding
  • Must be self-directed, have excellent initiatives and organizational skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in developing and delivering business system solutions (i.e. ERP/MRP, PLM, Salesforce, etc.) with 5+ years of experience in leading the solution architecture

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
